Each apartment or house is unique and takes into account the preferences and wishes of the client, which are in our competence. Although each cleaning is adapted to basic needs and includes all necessary procedures.
What we are providing
We can provide all cleaning products, and equipment (as well as specialized products and equipment) if necessary.
Basic or Deep Cleaning
We offer two types of cleanings: Basic Cleaning and Deep Cleaning for ease of assessment of indoor contamination and cleaning costs. Each case is assessed depending on the degree of contamination, the number of rooms, the area of the room, and additional services.

We wipe the carpets, wash the floors, remove dust from the accessible surfaces, make wet cleaning of the surfaces of tables, bedside tables and windowsills, empty the garbage cans, wipe the doors, etc.
We will carry out the wet cleaning of the surfaces of kitchen cabinets and equipment, remove dust from the accessible surfaces of windowsills, plinths, cabinets and equipment, wash the shells, soak and wash the floors, etc.
Clean up the toilets, showers, sinks, glass and mirrors, clean floors, etc.

Note
(*) Basic cleaning does not include scrubbing bathrooms and/or scrubbing and removing heavy grease deposits in the kitchen. If your bathrooms and/or kitchen require good scrubbing or grease deposit removal please book a Deep Cleaning package.
(**) If your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
(***) Can be added to a deep cleaning package only. If you would like the screened windows cleaned please remove the screens before the cleaning as for safety reasons we are not able to remove screens from windows.
(****) If your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
If your oven is not self-cleaning, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take almost one hour.
