Note
(*) Basic cleaning does not include scrubbing bathrooms and/or scrubbing and removing heavy grease deposits in the kitchen. If your bathrooms and/or kitchen require good scrubbing or grease deposit removal please book a Deep Cleaning package.
(**) If your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
(***) Can be added to a deep cleaning package only. If you would like the screened windows cleaned please remove the screens before the cleaning as for safety reasons we are not able to remove screens from windows.
(****) If your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.
If your oven is not self-cleaning, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take almost one hour.
